RETURNS AND CHANGE
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it if you are not satisfied.
Just follow these instructions:
1. Send an e-mail to email@example.com, indicating the reason for the return, the order number and the collection address. We will send you the return sheet by mail to have it completed. We will confirm when we will pick up the package.
Enter our website www.c59rstore.com and log in with your username and password
Click the "Orders" box
Identify the order of which you want to make the return and press "details"
If you want to return one or more products check the corresponding box and indicate the reason for the return
Press "fill out return sheet"
The return is in status "waiting for confirmation"
2. Once the confirmation of the return is confirmed, the parcel is packed using the original packaging and includes all the items we send you: product, labels, bags, boxes, protections, invoice, etc.
3. A carrier will go through your delivery address to pick up the package. If the return is our responsibility (you received a wrong product, has a tare, etc.), we will assume the cost of return. If you return it because you do not like it, etc. The return shipping costs run from your account. If you prefer to make a change you must bear in mind that you will have to bear the costs of return and forwarding, except if this change is our responsibility.
4. When we receive the package, we will check the status of the returned items.
5. Then, we will refund your money, minus the cost of return if it runs to your account.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept the return or exchange of items that have been used, manipulated, damaged or altered in any way, or that do not include the original packaging. We will not accept returns or changes after fourteen days from the date of delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned products that have not been shipped or packaged properly by shippers.
Custom made or customized items or services will not accept returns.
